Reservation Policy

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount for the entire duration of stay is required. Please note that the package rate is subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before check-in will incur a deduction of one day’s tariff.

Cancellation Policy (Blackout Period & Long Weekends)
Bookings during blackout dates are non-cancellable without incurring charges.

Child Policy
  • Children aged 5-10 years will be charged 50% of the adult rate.

  • Children above 10 years will be charged at the full adult rate.

Resort Terms & Conditions
  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM, Check-out time: 12:00 noon.

  • For arrivals before 7:00 AM, a reservation must be made for the previous night to guarantee early check-in.

  • Rooms will be held until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival unless prior notice is given for late check-in.

  • Requests for late check-out are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

  • A credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation up to the time of check-in on the reserved day.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Luxury Tax and any government levies will be applicable as per current regulations.

  • A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children per room is permitted.

  • Bachelor or spinster bookings may be restricted at the discretion of the resort.

  • One extra rollaway bed or mattress is allowed per room.

  • Non-Resident Indians/foreigners must present a valid passport at check-in.

  • Indian nationals must provide a valid identity proof at check-in.

Credit Card Booking Terms & Conditions

To ensure security and avoid fraud, guests must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • For self-bookings: The credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in along with a valid ID proof.

  • For third-party bookings: If the credit card holder is not one of the guests, the following must be presented:

    • A copy of the credit card (front and back), self-attested by the cardholder.

    • A signed letter of authorization from the credit card holder, detailing the guest’s names, travel dates, property, and room type.

    • The CVV number on the card must be blacked out for security purposes.

  • Failure to provide the required documents will result in the denial of the reservation and no refund (except for taxes) will be issued.

  • Any discrepancies or misleading information provided during the booking process may result in the cancellation of the reservation without prior notice.

Deposit Policy

A 100% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. Credit card details are mandatory for processing the booking.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the initiation date, according to the cancellation policy. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refundable amount, in addition to the applicable cancellation charges. For credit card payments, refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for booking.
